Comprehensive Course
The Balanced Pilates Comprehensive Course is geared to produce the industry’s top instructors. Our program covers both classical and contemporary methods of teaching on all Pilates apparatuses. Participants will learn teaching skills applicable to the real world and gain knowledge of anatomy, injuries, conditions, and even prenatal Pilates.

Course Details:
Workshops are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm-9pm. Additional hours are required for observation, self-practice, sessions, classes, and student teaching. Participants are given eight months to complete all required workshops, test outs, and in-studio hours.

Prerequisites
Pilates Mat certification from Balanced Pilates or other reputable Pilates course. A minimum of 10 equipment based Pilates sessions at Balanced Pilates or other reputable Pilates studio.
Comprehensive Course Cost
$4250.00
All workshops, evaluations, sessions, workshop manuals, and access to all Balanced Pilates locations to complete required hours.
Make-Up Workshops
$150.00
Each
Meeting one-on-one with our senior instructors to go over missed material. Makeup workshops can only be used for up to 2 missed workshops in any given course.
